HR Audit
We actively bridge the gap for the HR Departments depending on the processes they follow. We conduct HR audits to understand the process better, and to give the HR process a customised service as per the concerned requirement.
Talent Acquisition
We assist in the talent acquisition and recruitment process for the organisations. We also prepare offer letters and appointment letters in HR format.
Payroll Process
From attendance management, leave record management, payroll processing, and payslip disbursal. We take care of the entire payroll process for the organisation. We also help with salary restructuring as per Government Norms.
Statutory Compliance Management
We handle the PF and ESIC registration of the employer and employees, along with the monthly return filing as per government rules and regulations. Professional tax return filing every year, and approvals needed for PF and ESIC-related employers and employee approval.
Employee Enhancement
We conduct team-building exercises for the employees. Our scope of work also includes KRA and KPA updating and Performance Appraisal related to work. We help our employees to remain engaged in different wellness programs and workshops that would help boost their productivity, promote a healthy work culture, and employee enhancement.
Posh Training
The Prevention of Sexual Harassment Training for the employees at the workplace is obligated to provide a safe environment to their team members. We conduct the required POSH training for organisations to provide a conducive and safe environment for promoting a sustainable work culture.

Mrs. Manerikar is the Founder and CEO of Yuj HR Consulting, having started the organisation in December 2021. She has completed her B.Sc in Sugar Technology from GCC-Belgaum and has an MBA degree, specialising in Human Resource Management ICFAI, Belgaum. She has worked in various organisations as an HR Manager & Recruitment Specialist. She is also actively involved in social networking circles such as the Saturday Club Global Trust, Transform Her and other community ventures.

The YUJ JOBZ App was launched to bridge the gap between the employees and the employers. It allows employers to find a workforce and employees to get hired. It is specifically targeted at blue-collar individuals.
